26-Year-Old Man Killed in Pedestrian Crash near Loch Lomond Park
STOCKTON, CA (July 26, 2024) – Early Friday morning, a hit-and-run collision on El Dorado Street left Terrance Ritzow with fatal injuries.
Police responded around 2:55 a.m., along the 8500 block of North El Dorado Street near White Slough and Lock Lomond Park.
Based on reports, the driver of an unidentified vehicle hit a pedestrian and immediately drove off without rendering aid to the victim.
Despite life-saving efforts, first responders pronounced the male pedestrian deceased. Officials later identified the deceased victim as 26-year-old Terrance Ritzow.
Police have not released any additional information regarding the suspect or the suspect’s vehicle.
Authorities are asking those who witnessed the fatal hit-and-run to contact the Stockton Crime Stoppers at 209-946-0600. Once available, further details will be provided.
