20-Year-Old Rider Dies in SUV vs Motorcycle Collision near Marengo Avenue
PASADENA, CA (June 26, 2024) – Friday night, a two-vehicle crash on Orange Grove left a motorcyclist with fatal injuries.
The deadly collision happened around 10:20 p.m., at the intersection of Orange Grove and Marengo Avenue.
According to police, a motorcyclist traveling at a high rate of speed collided with an SUV in the area.
Responding medical personnel transported the rider to a local hospital where he later succumbed to his injuries. Officials only identified the deceased rider as a 20-year-old man.
Police said the 54-year-old Fontana man driving the SUV remained at the scene and cooperated with the investigators. No other injuries were reported from the incident.
