Carlos Sicairos and Bryan Bolanos Killed in Speeding Accident on 105 Freeway [Los Angeles, CA]
Two Pronounced Dead after Multi-Car Collision near Nash Street
LOS ANGELES, CA (June 25, 2024) – Early Saturday, Carlos Sicairos and Bryan Bolanos were killed in a speeding accident on 105 Freeway.
Authorities responded to the scene around 3:00 a.m., near Nash Street and Los Angeles International Airport on June 22nd.
Investigators say the driver of a 2016 Lexus sedan was traveling at high speeds in the westbound lanes.
The Lexus driver then failed to negotiate a curve and lost control of the vehicle before striking a Ford Mustang, and two other pickup-trucks. First responders located the Lexus and Ford overturned, with multiple occupants trapped inside.
Medics arrived and pronounced 19-year-old Bolanos and 18-year-old Sicairos dead at the scene.
Meanwhile, a 19-year-old passenger of the Lexus and one other person were both transported to UCLA Westwood Medical Center with moderate injuries.
At this time, no other information was provided by the authorities, and an active investigation remains ongoing.
