Brian Radford Killed in Motorcycle Crash on 75th Avenue [Peoria, AZ]
52-Year-Old Rider Pronounced Dead after Three-Vehicle Collision near Northern Avenue
PEORIA, AZ (June 25, 2024) – Monday afternoon, Brian Radford was killed in a motorcycle crash on 75th Avenue.
The incident took place near the intersection of 75th and Northern Avenue around 12:15 p.m., on June 17th.
Investigators say the driver of a Dodge Caravan was making a left turn onto 75th Avenue. There, the Dodge collided with a motorcyclist.
The Dodge then veered into the path of a nearby JUV that was stopped at the intersection.
Emergency responders arrived and declared the motorcycle rider, 52-year-old Radford, of Sun City dead at the scene. Police say he was wearing his helmet at that time.
Officers say the drivers of the involved vehicles remained at the scene and cooperated with troopers.
Emergency crews blocked the intersection for several hours before it was reopened around 5:00 p.m. At this time, an active investigation to determine further information is still currently underway.
