One Pronounced Dead after Wrong-Way Collision near Interstate 90

ISSAQUAH, WA (June 11, 2024) – Wednesday evening, one driver was killed in a wrong-way accident on State Route 18.

Authorities responded to the scene around 7:00 p.m., near Interstate 90 on May 29th.

Per reports, the driver of an eastbound vehicle crossed the centerline for reasons unknown. As a result, the wrong-way car crashed into two other vehicles.

Due to the extent of injuries sustained, medics pronounced the driver of the wrong-way vehicle dead at the scene.

Moreover, it was unknown if there were any other injuries resulted by the collision.
