24-Year-Old Man Killed in Hit-and-Run Motorcycle Accident on Pacific Avenue
JURUPA VALLEY, CA (June 5, 2024) – Early Thursday morning, Alfonso Rodriguez was killed in a motorcycle crash on Limonite Avenue.
Around 3:40 a.m., first responders arrived to the scene at the 5981 block of Limonite Avenue near Pacific Avenue on May 28th.
Officers say the driver of a vehicle failed to stop in time and struck a motorcyclist in the area. Upon impact, the driver fled the scene without contacting police.
First responders located the motorcycle rider down on the road with life-threatening injuries. Paramedics transported him to a nearby hospital where he later passed away. Authorities identified the deceased victim as 24-year-old Rodriguez, of Riverside.
Investigators were eventually able to locate the suspect driver. Although, no arrests or citations have been announced.
Further investigation is still ongoing, and anyone with information about the crash on Limonite Avenue can contact local police as soon as possible.
