Isabel Sanchez Dies in Head-On Accident on Culebra Road [San Antonio, TX]
75-Year-Old Woman Pronounced Dead after Head-On Crash near Rogers Road
SAN ANTONIO, TX (May 22, 2024) – Friday afternoon in April, Isabel Sanchez was killed in a head-on accident on Culebra Road.
Officers responded to the scene around 1:30 p.m., near Rogers Road on April 26th.
According to the San Antonio Police officers, the collision involved a white sedan driven by 75-year-old Sanchez and a black sedan.
Per reports, Sanchez was making a turn when the black sedan collided head-on with her. The impact caused her vehicle to spin several times due to the high impact. Amidst the chaos, Sanchez also crashed into another vehicle.
Emergency responders immediately transported Sanchez to a nearby hospital with life-threatening injuries. However, she succumbed to her injuries shortly after she was hospitalized.
Meanwhile, the driver of the black sedan suffered only minor wounds. No charges were filed against the driver at this time, and no updates are available.
