Man Dies in Hit-and-Run Pedestrian Crash on Foothill Boulevard [Pacoima, CA]
Male Pedestrian Fatally Struck in Deadly Collision near Terra Bella Street
PACOIMA, CA (May 13, 2024) – Wednesday evening, a hit-and-run pedestrian crash on Foothill Boulevard took the life of one man.
Police responded to the scene around 9:00 p.m., at the 11900 block of Foothill Boulevard near Terra Bella Street.
Upon arrival, the Los Angeles Police Department learned that the driver of a green 2004 GMC Sierra pickup-truck hit a male pedestrian and immediately fled northbound.
Due to the extent of injuries sustained, first responders declared the pedestrian deceased at the scene. Pacoima Officials only identified the described victim as a man in his 50s.
No further details regarding the Foothill Boulevard hit-and-run collision have been released to the public at this time. Authorities are asking those who witnessed the fatal pedestrian crash to contact the LAPD Valley Traffic Division at (818) 644-8020.
