24-Year-Old Man Arrested after Fatal DUI Collision near Holly Drive
TRACY, CA (April 29, 2024) – Early Sunday morning, a deadly DUI crash claimed the lives of Reva Moses and Torrance Randle Jr.
Just before 5:30 a.m., the incident occurred near the intersection of Laguna and Holly Drive on April 21st.
According to the Tracy Police Department, the collision involved a gray Dodge Charger and a parked Chevy pickup-truck.
Investigators learned that the Dodge was driven by Iman Gullatt, with Moses, Randle Jr., and a 15-year-old boy, as the passengers.
Per reports, Gullatt crashed into the parked Chevy, and witnesses helped the victims exit the vehicle. However, Moses died at the scene due to her extreme injuries.
Meanwhile, 18-year-old Randle Jr. was transported to a local hospital where he later passed away. In addition, the teen boy sustained serious injuries and was taken to a hospital for treatment.
Following preliminary duties, authorities arrested 24-year-old Gullatt. Police say he displayed signs of intoxication, and he was consequently arrested with DUI-related charges.
