Nathan Crumpler Dies in Motorcycle Accident on Union Hills Drive [Phoenix, AZ]
33-Year-Old Man Fatally Injured in Motorcycle Collision near Interstate 17
PHOENIX, AZ (April 29, 2024) – Wednesday afternoon, Nathan Crumpler was killed in a motorcycle accident on Union Hills Drive.
Around 5:30 p.m., police officers responded to the scene near Interstate 17 and 25th Avenue.
Investigators say Crumpler lost control of the motorcycle and consequently struck a curb while heading north. The impact, ejected Crumpler from the motorcycle onto the road.
Emergency responders arrived and transported 33-year-old Crumpler to a nearby hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries.
Emergency personnel shut down the surrounding roadway during clearing operations. The closure facilitated the investigation into what transpired on that stretch of freeway during the evening hours.
The traffic disruption was also broadcast to the public.
