44-Year-Old Man Pronounced Dead after Pedestrian Crash near Elm Avenue

SAN BERNARDINO, CA (April 29, 2024) – Early Friday morning, a hit-and-run pedestrian collision on Marshall Boulevard killed Anthony Molina.

Authorities responded to the scene around 3:22 a.m., near Elm Avenue.  

Officers say the driver of an unknown vehicle struck a male pedestrian while he was walking in the traffic lanes, pushing a shopping cart. Upon impact, the driver did not pull over and fled the scene without aiding the victim. 

First responders declared the man dead at the scene. The San Bernardino Police Department later identified the man as 44-year-old Anthony Molina.

Police have not released additional information regarding the suspect or the suspect’s vehicles. Authorities are encouraging those who witnessed the fatal hit-and-run to contact the SBPD as soon as possible.
