Jaqueline Orosco Killed in Multi-Vehicle Crash on Highway 65 [Bakersfield, CA]
21-Year-Old Woman Pronounced Dead after Three-Vehicle Collision near Highway 155
BAKERSFIELD, CA (April 24, 2024) – Saturday afternoon, Jaqueline Orosco was fatally injured in a multi-vehicle wreck on Highway 65.
The deadly collision happened around 4:57 p.m., just south of Highway 155 on April 13th.
According to reports, Orosco was driving a Toyota north on the freeway, approaching the driver of a Ford. The Ford driver then veered into the oncoming lanes and broadsided the left side of the Toyota.
In addition, the Ford driver also struck a nearby Honda. Due to the impact of the collision, 21-year-old Orosco suffered fatal injuries at the scene.
Meanwhile, emergency responders rushed the other occupants from the Honda and the Toyota to a local hospital for treatment of major injuries.
No further details regarding the multi-vehicle crash on Highway 65 have been released to the public. The Bakersfield Police Department will provide more information once available.
