27-Year-Old Pennsylvania Man Pronounced Dead after Scooter Crash near Missouri Avenue
LOS ANGELES, CA (April 24, 2024) – Early Tuesday morning, Henry Laveran-Stiebar was killed in a scooter crash on Beloit Avenue.
Shortly after midnight, the fatal incident occurred near Missouri Avenue.
