Man Dies in Motorcycle Accident on Euclid Avenue [San Diego, CA]
35-Year-Old Man Pronounced Dead after Motorcycle Crash near State Route 94
SAN DIEGO, CA (April 11, 2024) – Saturday night, one man was fatally struck in a motorcycle accident on Euclid Avenue.
Authorities responded to the scene around 8:25 p.m., near State Route 94 after receiving multiple dispatch calls.
According to police officers, a 35-year-old man was riding southbound on Euclid Avenue on a 2021 Harley Davidson motorcycle.
Meanwhile, a 58-year-old man was driving northbound in a 2000 GMC Sierra pickup-truck. The driver suddenly turned left onto westbound Lyons Street in front of the path of the motorcyclist, resulting in a collision.
Despite life-saving efforts, medics later pronounced the 35-year-old male rider deceased at the scene.
