33-Year-Old Unidentified Woman Injured in Auto Collision near Butterleigh Drive

SAN ANTONIO, TX (March 27, 2024)Truman Freeman was arrested Friday evening, after a car accident on Bulverde Road.

First responders arrived to the 14100 block of Bulverde Road near Butterleigh Drive after receiving multiple calls in the area.

Per reports, the female driver of a southbound Chevrolet Cruze collided head-on with a Nissan Rogue. Paramedics arrived and transported the 33-year-old woman to a nearby hospital in critical condition.

Following preliminary duties, officers determined that the driver of the Nissan, 66-year-old Freeman was intoxicated. As a result, police charged Truman Freeman with DWI for exceeding BAC of 0.15.

Emergency crews closed off the surrounding road for a brief time during cleanup and preliminary duties.

At this time, an active investigation to determine more information about the deadly crash is still currently underway. Once available, further details will be provided about the fatal car accident on Bulverde Road.
