Driver Dies in Fiery Car Collision on Centennial Parkway [Las Vegas, NV]
One Pronounced Dead after Fiery Auto Accident near Bruce Street
LAS VEGAS, NV (March 21, 2024) – Early Sunday morning, one driver was fatally injured in a fiery car collision on Centennial Parkway.
The incident occurred around 1:30 a.m., near Bruce Street on March 10th.
Per reports, the driver of a 2020 Dodge Challenger was traveling at high rates of speed and struck a westbound Hyundai Sonata, causing the Hyundai to catch fire.
First responders located both vehicles with substantial damage. In addition, the occupants from inside the Challenger fled the scene on foot.
Due to the extent of their condition, medics pronounced the Hyundai driver dead at the scene.
Following preliminary duties, police believe speed and impairment were a factor. No further details regarding the Bruce Street fiery crash have been disclosed to the public. Police will provide more information once available.
