29-Year-Old Woman Arrested after Pedestrian Accident near Everhart Road
CORPUS CHRISTI, TX (March 20, 2024) – Early Sunday morning, Nicole Campbell was arrested after a DUI collision on Saratoga Boulevard.
Authorities responded to the scene around 1:10 a.m., at the 4700 block of Saratoga Boulevard near Everhart Road on March 17th.
For DUI related reasons, the driver of a vehicle struck a pedestrian and a motorcyclist in the area. As a result, the pedestrian suffered serious injuries while the motorcyclist suffered minor injuries.
In addition, Campbell attempted to flee the scene on foot before police located her at the 6400 block of Everhart Road. During preliminary duties, officers determined that Campbell showed signs of intoxication, leading to an initial arrest on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
