79-Year-Old Man Pronounced Dead after Pedestrian Crash near South Peach Avenue

TYLER, TX (March 20, 2024) – Monday morning, Evencio Arellano was fatally struck in a pedestrian accident on Front Street.

The incident occurred around 8:40 a.m., at the 1800 block of West Front Street near South Peach Avenue on March 18th.

According to reports, the driver of an unknown vehicle struck 79-year-old Arellano in the area. Paramedics arrived and transported Arellano to a nearby hospital where he later succumbed to his injuries.
