56-Year-Old Man Pronounced Dead after Big-Rig Collision near Mile Marker 49
EL PASO, TX (March 19, 2024) – Late Saturday night, William Diaz was killed in a semi-truck accident on Interstate 10.
Dispatchers received calls around 10:30 p.m., on the westbound lanes of the freeway near Mile Marker 49 on March 9th.
At this time, the events leading up to the collision remain unclear. However, reports indicate that a driver struck two semi-trucks in the area.
Due to the extent of injuries sustained, medics pronounced 56-year-old Diaz dead at the scene.
