21-Year-Old Woman Pronounced Dead after Car Accident near Lower Buckeye Road
PHOENIX, AZ (March 14, 2024) – Early Sunday morning, Tsinhahjinnie Ahwanvhutkie was killed in a 2-car collision on 79th Avenue.
Authorities responded to the scene around 4:30 a.m., near Lower Buckeye Road.
Per reports, the driver of a pickup-truck ran a stop sign and struck another vehicle, occupied by a man and a woman.
Despite life-saving efforts, first responders pronounced the female occupant, 21-year-old Ahwanvhutkie, deceased.
Meanwhile, paramedics transported the male occupant and two adults and two children who were in the pickup-truck to a nearby hospital.
Emergency crews shut down the surrounding area for a brief time during cleanup and preliminary duties. Currently, an active investigation is underway to gather more information about the car crash near 79th Avenue.
