Two Pronounced Dead after 2-Car Accident near 106th Street East
ANTELOPE VALLEY, CA (March 12, 2024) – Sunday night, a 2-vehicle collision on East Avenue T killed Jose Maldonado and Daphne Maldonado.
Dispatchers received calls around 7:45 p.m., near 106th Street East.
For reasons under investigation, a red pickup-truck and a red sedan collided in the area. First responders located both vehicles with severe front-end damage.
In addition, two occupants were trapped inside one of the vehicles. Despite life-saving efforts, medics later pronounced 83-year-old Jose and 87-year-old Daphne dead at the scene.
No other injuries were reported from the collision. Antelope Valley Officials ask those who witnessed the fatal two-vehicle crash to contact their office as soon as possible.
