Two-Vehicle Crash near Bell Circle Left 18-Year-Old Bicyclist Dead
HUNTINGTON BEACH, CA (March 11, 2024) – Early Thursday morning, a motorcycle-car collision on Talbert Avenue took the life of David Mario Garcia Olmos.
Police responded to reports of the collision around 6:15 a.m. along Talbert Ave, just west of Bell Circle.
According to the investigators, a maroon 2016 Kia Sorento collided with a man on a bicycle while both traveling westbound on the roadway.
The first responders transported the bicyclist to a local hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.
Meanwhile, the 26-year-old man from Fullerton driving the Kia remained at the scene and cooperated with the authorities.
Later, the Orange County Sheriff’s Department identified the deceased bicyclist as 18-year-old David Mario Garcia Olmos.
