2 Pronounced Dead after Two-Vehicle Accident near Wildcat Canyon Road

RAMONA, CA (March 6, 2024) – Late Thursday afternoon, one man and a teenage boy were killed in a 2-car collision on San Vicente Road. 

Police officers responded to the scene around 4:45 p.m., just east of Wildcat Canyon Road. 

Per reports, the driver of a westbound 2007 Toyota Scion TC veered across the double yellow lines. As a result, the Scion collided with an eastbound 2018 Dodge Durango on San Vicente Road. 

Responding emergency personnel declared the 21-year-old male Toyota driver and his 13-year-old male passenger deceased at the scene. 

Meanwhile, paramedics transported the 61-year-old woman driving the Dodge to a hospital for treatment of minor injuries. 

At this time, the identity of the deceased victims remains undisclosed to the public. Officials said all of the parties involved were residents of Ramona.
