Ryley Young Dead, 1 Hospitalized after Rollover Collision on 43rd Avenue [Phoenix, AZ]
16-Year-Old Passenger Fatally Struck in Rollover Accident near Happy Valley Road
PHOENIX, AZ (March 4, 2024) – Early Sunday morning, Ryley Young was killed and another was hurt in a rollover collision on 43rd Avenue.
Authorities responded to the scene around 1:30 a.m., near Happy Valley Road on February 25th.
Per reports, the teenage driver of a southbound vehicle lost control while approaching Happy Valley Road. As a result, the vehicle struck a curb and slammed into a tree.
Paramedics arrived and transported the driver and passenger to a nearby hospital where the passenger succumbed to their injuries. Investigators later identified the deceased victim as 16-year-old Young.
Meanwhile, crews listed the other teenager in critical condition.
