Antonio Lopez-Cortes Killed in Single-Vehicle Rollover Crash on 19th Avenue [Phoenix, AZ]
43-Year-Old Driver Pronounced Dead after Rollover Collision near Hatcher Road
PHOENIX, AZ (March 4, 2024) – Tuesday afternoon, Antonio Lopez-Cortes was killed in a single-vehicle rollover crash on 19th Avenue.
Dispatchers received calls around 4:45 p.m., near Hatcher Road on February 27th.
For reasons under investigation, Lopez-Cortes lost control of his pickup-truck and drove into a canal. The vehicle landed on its rood, causing life-threatening injuries.
Paramedics transported 43-year-old Lopez-Cortes to a nearby hospital where he later died. In addition, no other injuries were reported.
