34-Year-Old Female Rider Pronounced Dead after Motorcycle Accident near Coran Lane

LAS VEGAS, NV (February 27, 2024) – Sunday afternoon, one rider was killed in a speeding motorcycle crash on Rancho Drive.

Authorities responded to the scene around 1:35 p.m., near Coran Lane.

According to reports, a motorcyclist was heading south at a high rate of speed and changed lanes to pass a slower moving vehicle ahead. The rider then rear-ended a Honda Accord.

The impact ejected the 34-year-old female rider from the motorcycle onto the road.

Due to the extent of injuries sustained, medical personnel pronounced the motorcyclist dead at the scene. Although, authorities have not yet released her name or place of residency.
