67-Year-Old Man Pronounced Dead after DUI Collision near Mill Plain
VANCOUVER, WA (February 13, 2024) – Early Saturday morning, Stephen Wesley was killed in a head-on DUI crash on Interstate 5.
The incident occurred just after 12:00 a.m., near Mill Plain on February 3rd.
According to reports, 43-year-old Amy Guadette was driving a vehicle south in the northbound lanes and struck another car head-on, driven by Wesley. Debris from the collision also struck another nearby vehicle.
Paramedics arrived and transported 67-year-old Wesley to PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center where he later succumbed to his injuries.
Following preliminary duties, officers arrested Guadette, of Portland for DUI and vehicular homicide.
