Two-Car Collision near Roseville Road Resulted in Fatality
SACRAMENTO, CA (February 13, 2024) – Early Friday morning, a two-vehicle accident on Marconi Avenue claimed the life of a male driver.
The fatal collision happened around 3:00 a.m. in the area of Marconi Ave and Roseville Road, per reports.
Based on the initial investigation, a red SUV and a silver vehicle collided at the intersection. Upon impact, the SUV went off the road, rolled over, and crashed into a power pole.
The first responders declared the man driving the SUV dead at the scene. At this time, the identity of the deceased driver remains undisclosed to the public, pending notification from the next of kin.
Meanwhile, the second driver was unharmed and remained at the site of the incident to cooperate with authorities.
In the end, Sacramento Officials closed down the Roseville Road near Marconi Avenue for investigation.
