Lanes Blocked after Semi-Truck Crashes into Guardrails

LOCKWOOD, NV (February 8, 2024) – Monday afternoon, a semi-truck accident on Interstate 80 left one driver hospitalized, reports say.

According to the Nevada State Patrol, the incident happened shortly after noon, January 15th, involving only a semi-truck.

Investigation showed that the semi-truck was traveling eastbound when it suddenly collided with the guardrails, blocking several lanes.

Crews were immediately dispatched to the scene to clear out the semi-truck, and they contained a fuel spill.

Furthermore, the driver sustained minor wounds and was transported to a nearby hospital for further treatment.
