Man Pronounced Dead after Street Racing Collision on West Davis Street [Dallas, TX]
Man Fatally Struck in Street Race Crash near Chalk Hill Road
DALLAS, TX (February 7, 2024) – Late Thursday evening, one man was pronounced dead after a street racing collision on West Davis Street.
The incident occurred around 11:10 p.m., near Chalk Hill Road on January 11th.
Reports indicate that a sedan was racing in the eastbound lanes and lost control before crossing the center median and striking an SUV. Shortly after, a truck also crashed into the SUV.
Medical personnel pronounced the male sedan driver dead at the scene. Meanwhile, the driver of the SUV was hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries.
