Juvenile Injured in Bicycle Accident near Elliot Road
GILBERT, AZ (February 5, 2024) – Monday afternoon, police responded to a bicycle collision on North Lindsay Road.
The incident happened on January 15th just before 1:20 p.m. in the area between Juniper Avenue and Elliot Road involving a young bicyclist and a vehicle, the Gilbert Police Department said.
Furthermore, the troopers learned that the cyclist was riding along the road when they got struck by the vehicle.
Responding paramedics immediately transported the cyclist to the hospital. Their condition was not yet known at this time.
Moreover, the troopers blocked the southbound lanes of Lindsay Road following the crash. Further investigation is currently ongoing.
