Police Vehicle Involved in Pedestrian Accident on Van Buren Street
AVONDALE, AZ (January 29, 2024) – Early Monday morning, police responded to a crash near 107th Avenue and Van Buren Street.
According to the Avondale Police, they responded to the scene around 12:30 a.m., January 1st.
Reports show that the responders found a pedestrian on the road with minor injuries.
Furthermore, the authorities learned that a police vehicle struck the pedestrian. Meanwhile, the officer did not obtain injuries from the collision.
Consequently, the first responders transported the pedestrian to the hospital but was later released just before 6:00 a.m.
