Motorcycle Accident Left One Person Killed in South Reno

RENO, NV (January 24, 2024) – On Wednesday evening, an accident died following a crash on Double R Boulevard.

According to the Reno Police Department, the incident happened on January 17th around 7:00 p.m. near Amston Road.

Furthermore, they arrived at the scene and found a motorcycle-van collision where the rider ended up losing his life. His identity was not yet released at this time.

Investigation showed that the rider was travelling at high speed and collided with the van attempting to make a left turn.

Moreover, the authorities blocked the boulevard until early Thursday morning before it was reopened. An active investigation is currently ongoing.
