BURBANK, CA (January 24, 2024) – Tuesday morning, a hit-and-run collision on Clybourn Avenue sent an elderly man to a hospital.
Police responded to the collision around 7:20 p.m. at the intersection of Clybourn Ave and Oxnard Street.
According to the investigators, an eastbound black sedan hit a southbound bicyclist on the east sidewalk. However, the sedan driver did not render aid to the victim and fled the scene.
Paramedics eventually arrived and transported the bicyclist to a local trauma center for treatment of life-threatening injuries.
