75-Year-Old Pedestrian Killed in Fatal Collision near Katella Avenue

ANAHEIM, CA (January 10, 2024) – Friday evening, Judith Stanford was killed and multiple were hurt in a pedestrian crash on Harbor Boulevard.

Police responded to the scene around 5:00 p.m., near Katella Avenue.

Investigators say the driver of a vehicle struck a family of three and fled the scene without rendering aid. The driver also hit a bus and an elderly pedestrian at the intersection of Harbor Boulevard and Convention Way.

Paramedics arrived and rushed two patients to a nearby hospital for treatment of minor injuries and a third victim for treatment of moderate injuries. 

The pedestrian, later identified as 75-year-old Judith Stanford, died after arriving at the hospital. 

At this time, authorities are searching for a tan or gold Toyota sedan. Those with further information regarding the fatal hit-and-run are encouraged to contact the Anaheim police at (714) 765-1900.
