43-Year-Old Woman Pronounced Dead after Pedestrian Accident near North Channing Avenue

FRESNO, CA (December 28, 2023) – Monday evening, one woman was killed in a pedestrian collision on West Clinton Avenue.

Police responded to the scene near North Channing Avenue around 7:00 p.m.

At this time, the events leading up to the incident remain unclear. However, reports indicate that medics located a woman lying on the road with life-threatening injuries.

Due to the extent of her condition, crews later pronounced the 43-year-old female pedestrian dead at the scene. Although, authorities have not yet released her identity.
