One Cyclist Hospitalized after Hit-and-Run Collision near Bend Drive
SACRAMENTO, CA (December 28, 2023) – A bicyclist was injured in a hit-and-run crash on Natomas Boulevard late Thursday morning.
Police responded to reports of the collision around 11:30 p.m. on Natomas Boulevard and North Bend Drive.
Upon arrival, the officers discovered the cyclist lying on the roadway. Paramedics rushed the victim to a hospital for treatment of minor injuries.
According to the police, the driver of the involved vehicle fled the scene without rendering aid to the victim. Officials have not described the suspect or the suspect’s vehicle.
In the end, Sacramento Officials closed the southbound N. Bend Drive for investigation.
