Raquel Centeno Arauz Killed in Car Accident on Airport Road [Carson City, NV]
23-Year-Old Victim Pronounced Dead after Auto Collision near Sherman Lane
CARSON CITY, NV (December 26, 2023) – Raquel Centeno Arauz was killed Saturday, in a car accident on Airport Road.
The incident occurred at the 2500 block of Airport Road near Sherman Lane on December 16th.
At this time, the events leading up to the collision remain unclear. However, reports indicate that a vehicle crashed in the area.
Medical personnel arrived and transported 23-year-old Arauz to Renown Regional Medical Center. Due to the extent of her condition, crews later pronounced her dead on December 17th.
Emergency crews closed off the surrounding area for a brief time during cleanup and preliminary duties. Once available, more information will be released.
The Carson City Sheriff’s Office Traffic Motor Division is currently handling further investigation.
