74-Year-Old Man Fatally Struck in Pedestrian Collision near Rainbow Grocery Cooperative
SAN FRANCISCO, CA (December 19, 2023) – Monday afternoon, Timothy Water was killed in a pedestrian accident on Folsom Street.
Around 2:50 p.m., first responders arrived to the 1700 block of Folsom Street near Rainbow Grocery Cooperative.
Officers say the driver of a vehicle struck a pedestrian in a private parking lot. Despite life-saving efforts, medics pronounced the male victim dead at the scene.
Meanwhile, the driver of the vehicle stayed at the scene and cooperated with the investigation.
The Medical Examiner’s Office later identified the deceased victim as 74-year-old Timothy Water of Sacramento.
