Padmanbhan Krishnan Fatally Struck in Pedestrian Collision on Almaden Expressway [San Jose, CA]
73-Year-Old Man Pronounced Dead after Pedestrian Accident near Camden Avenue
SAN JOSE, CA (December 13, 2023) – Friday afternoon, a pedestrian collision on Almaden Expressway claimed the life of Padmanbhan Krishnan.
Officers responded to the scene around 5:05 p.m., just south of Camden Avenue.
Per reports, the teen driver of a red 2009 Toyota sedan struck a man who was walking in the street. Upon impact, the driver stopped and remained at the scene.
Medical personnel arrived and took the severely injured pedestrian to a nearby hospital where he later died. Authorities identified the deceased victim as 73-year-old Krishnan.
