58-Year-Old Woman Fatally Struck in Hit-and-Run Collision near Webster Street

LAS VEGAS, NV (December 13, 2023) – Friday morning, Marion Turner was killed in a mobility-scooter crash on North Las Vegas Boulevard.

The incident occurred around 8:50 a.m., near Webster Street and Carey Avenue on November 17th.

Upon arrival, authorities found 58-year-old Turner down on the highway with serious injuries. Due to the extent of her condition, medics later pronounced her dead after being transported to UMC.

Officers later determined that the driver of a yellow Chevrolet Camaro was heading north and struck the victim as they were attempting to cross Las Vegas Boulevard. Upon impact, the driver fled the scene without rendering aid or contacting police.
