Trinidad Huerta Arrested after DWI Crash on South Presa Street [San Antonio, TX]
Officer Hospitalized after Two-Vehicle Collision near Southeast Military Street
SAN ANTONIO, TX (December 6, 2023) – Friday evening, a DWI crash on South Presa Street led to the arrest of Trinidad Huerta.
Around 9:00 p.m., police responded to the scene near Southeast Military Street.
Officers say the driver of an eastbound gray Nissan truck cut off an officer while turning north at the intersection. As a result, the Nissan T-boned the officer responding to a burglary call with lights and sirens.
Medical personnel transported the officer to San Antonio Military Medical Center for serious injuries. Meanwhile, police evaluated and arrested the Nissan driver, 60-year-old Trinidad Huerta, for DWI.
