Rider Killed in Motorcycle Collision near Zindafel Drive

RANCHO CORDOVA, CA (December 5, 2023) – One motorcyclist was killed Wednesday afternoon in a two-vehicle crash on Tinta Fina Drive.

The Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office received reports of the collision around 4:30 p.m. near Zindafel and Baroque Drive.

Based on the initial investigation, the vehicle involved turned in front of the motorcyclist, resulting in a collision. 

The impact of the crash ejected the rider from his motorcycle, leaving the rider with major injuries. 

First responders later declared the rider dead at the scene. Their identity has not been disclosed to the public, pending notification from the next of kin. 

Paramedics transported the driver of the vehicle involved to a nearby hospital. However, it was later determined by the sheriff’s officials that the driver did not sustain any injuries. 

At this time, the circumstances surrounding the Tinta Fina Drive two-vehicle crash remain under active investigation. Once available, more details will be provided.
