61-Year-Old Motorcyclist Fatally Struck in Deadly Accident near Vincent Road

KITSAP COUNTY, WA (December 4, 2023) – Early Wednesday evening, Bruce Olsen was fatally struck in a pedestrian collision on State Route 308.

Police responded to the eastbound lanes of the freeway near Vincent Road around 5:00 p.m., on November 15th.

Officers say Olsen was returning to the scene of a crash he was involved in earlier that day. As he was crossing the eastbound lanes of the road, the 35-year-old female driver of a Honda CRV struck him.

First responders transported 61-year-old Olsen to Harborview Medical Center where he succumbed to his injuries.

Following preliminary duties, officers determined that the driver was not impaired at the time. An active investigation to determine further information is still currently underway.
