1 Killed in 3-Vehicle Collision on State Route 12 [Walla Walla County, WA]
One Dies, Multiple Injured in Head-On Collision on SR-12
WALLA WALLA COUNTY, WA (November 29, 2023) – Monday morning, a three-vehicle collision on State Route 12 left one person dead.
It occurred just before 9:00 p.m., November 13th, in the westbound area of State Route 12 near milepost 312 and Oasis Road.
According to the Washington State Patrol, the incident involved a minivan and two other vehicles. Investigation showed that the minivan attempted to pass the vehicle in front when it collided head-on with another vehicle.
Furthermore, a third vehicle rear-ended the minivan. The occupants of the second vehicle, a 22-year-old woman and a 2-year-old toddler, suffered injuries and were transported to the hospital while the driver of the third vehicle was not hurt.
Unfortunately, the driver of the minivan did not survive the collision and died at the scene.
Meanwhile, four male passengers of the minivan, ages between 18 and 23, suffered injuries. Additionally, no other information has been released by authorities about the fatal collision, Washington Police will post updates as they become available.
