Matthew Allen-Winchester Dies in Motorcycle Accident on Cave Creek Road [Phoenix, AZ]
19-Year-Old Rider Fatally Struck in Motorcycle Collision near Greenway Parkway
PHOENIX, AZ (November 27, 2023) – Early Saturday evening, Matthew Allen-Winchester was killed in a motorcycle accident on Cave Creek Road.
Authorities responded to the scene around 5:30 p.m., near Greenway Parkway on November 18th.
Officers say Allen-Winchester was riding a motorcycle south on Cave Creek Road and struck a vehicle that was heading west. Upon impact, the rider was ejected from the motorcycle onto the road.
Paramedics arrived and took the rider to a nearby hospital where he later succumbed to his injuries. Phoenix police identified the deceased victim as 19-year-old Allen-Winchester.
Meanwhile, the involved driver remained at the scene and cooperated with the investigation. At this time, it was unknown if the driver was charged and the crash remains under investigation.
