61-Year-Old Woman Dies in Pedestrian vs. Vehicle Accident
MARSHALL, TX (November 20, 2023) – On Friday evening, police responded to a pedestrian crash that claimed the life of Leslie Rumbold.
The incident occurred around 8:00 p.m., November 3rd, in the 1200 block of East Grand Avenue involving a pedestrian and a vehicle.
Furthermore, the Marshall Police Department identified the pedestrian as 61-year-old Rumbold. Upon investigation, the authorities determined that Rumbold was struck by a vehicle.
Unfortunately, Rumbold was pronounced dead at the scene due to the extent of her injuries. At this time, no charges were filed against the driver, and an active investigation is still ongoing.
