49-Year-Old Man Fatally Struck in Semi-Truck Crash near St. Louis Avenue

LAS VEGAS, NV (November 16, 2023) – Tuesday afternoon, one man was pronounced dead after a big-rig collision on Lamb Boulevard.

Authorities responded to the scene just before 1:10 p.m., near St. Louis Avenue on November 7th.

Investigators say the 49-year-old male driver of a Nissan was heading north on Lamb, approaching St. Louis Avenue. Meanwhile, the driver of an International 4700 truck failed to yield the right of way and turned left onto St. Louis Avenue, resulting in a collision.

Responding paramedics immediately transported the 49-year-old male driver of the Nissan to Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center where he succumbed to his injuries.

Meanwhile, the driver of the truck stayed at the scene and cooperated with the investigation.

At this time, an active investigation to determine further information is still currently underway. Once available, more details will be released about the fatal big-rig collision on Lamb Boulevard.
