Man Dies in Multi-Vehicle Tow-Truck Collision on Loop 375 [El Paso, TX]
28-Year-Old Man Pronounced Dead after Multi-Car Accident near Pebble Hills
EL PASO, TX (November 14, 2023) – Wednesday afternoon, one man was killed in a multi-vehicle tow-truck collision on Loop 375.
Authorities responded to the scene around 5:30 a.m., near Pebble Hills and Edgemore.
Per reports, the driver of a gray Peterbilt tow-truck swerved in attempt to avoid a Ford Edge, but was unable to do so. As a result, the Ford then hit a Dodge Charger, pushing the Dodge into a Honda Accord.
Amidst the chaos, seven vehicles caught fire. Paramedics arrived and took multiple victims to a nearby hospital for further treatment.
In addition, medical personnel pronounced one 28-year-old man dead at the scene. Although, police have not yet released his identity.
Emergency crews closed off the surrounding area for a brief time during cleanup and preliminary duties. Once available, further details will be provided about the fatal tow-truck collision on Loop 375.
