Female Driver Pronounced Dead after Fatal Accident on Alvord Lane
REDONDO BEACH, CA (November 14, 2023) – Sunday morning, Jacob Jordan Nimz was arrested after a fatal car crash on Lilienthal Lane.
Authorities responded to the scene around 9:35 a.m., near Alvord Lane just west of Hawthorne Boulevard.
Investigators say the female driver of a vehicle and a male passenger had a physical altercation before the collision occurred.
Responding emergency personnel declared the female driver dead at the scene. Although, police have not yet released her identity.
Meanwhile, paramedics rushed her male passenger – Jacob Jordan Nimz, 34, of North Dakota – to a hospital with minor injuries. Eventually, police arrested Nimz for suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon.
